Don't Panic is a Steam achievement.
Go to the Skyscraper Balcony and find a towel with the number 42 on it on the side of the pool. Bring it to the UFO. A Giant Goat will fall from the sky and hit the UFO.

The Towel, the number 42, the UFO, Hitchhiker Goat, and the falling whale are all references to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy book series by Douglas Adams.
In the mobile version, the towel lies by the Sugar House's pool.
