The Uncle Goat is a goat with glowing blue symbols on his sides, glowing blue eyes and a glowing blue tongue.
Obtaining
To unlock this goat you need to grab the floating blue thing in Uncle Fred's Workshop located to the right of the skate park and the left of the art gallery.
Special Power
If you press r the goat will grapple things with his tongue and fly towards them.
