Mushrooms are items in Goat Simulator. When licked, they will change enlarge a random body part (the ears, the head, and the tail).

Trivia[]
- Mushrooms are needed to complete the quest Try Some 'Shrooms
- Mushrooms are replaced by flowers in the Xbox version
- This possibly could be a reference to the Super Mushroom in the Mario series by Nintendo.
- Only the first four mushrooms will have an effect, any other mushrooms will not change the goat at all.
- Different mutators cause different body parts to enlarge.
