The Goat Rider is a mutator that gives the goat a human rider.
Unlock Requirement
This mutator cannot be unlocked. It can only be applied by going to Cabrito Park and jumping on the mechanical bull.

- Though the human riding you is usually the same as the one that ran up to you while you were on the mechanical bull (Line, the woman with the red shirt), sometimes the game will give you a different human. This may be a glitch. *As tall goat if someone is riding you lick and then they are licked. If you’re evil unlick and let them fly forever.
