Ride the boat while on a sugar rush
Columbian Sugar Lord is a Steam achievement.
Enter the Sugar House and lick the "sugar". While the sugar rush is active, quickly run all the way down to the bay and jump on the boat that takes you to the Island. You do not have to actually ride the boat, merely clipping it as you jump over it will qualify.
