The Axe is an item in GoatVille. Headbutting the three unlocks the Here's Johnny! achievement.
Trivia[]
Licking it and carrying it near a NPC will cause them to run away in fear, just like the Pickaxe. The Here's Johnny! achievement is a reference to The Shining.

Next to the Protesters is a house. Next to it are the axes. There is also an arrow in the middle of the axes. Licking it or headbutting one of the three axes makes you get the Here's Johnny! achievement. Also, it's next to the shed in the construction site.
