Fight the turtles
To unlock the achievement, enter the sewer in Goat City Bay that can be found near the Skyscraper. Looking across the river towards Cabrito Park, the tunnel leading into the sewer can be seen just above the waterline, complete with green smoke emanating from it. Carry on down the corridor until you can turn left. Headbutt all 4 “Michael Bay Turdles“.
