Goat of the hill is a Steam achievement.
Despite the name and icon for this achievement, this has nothing to do with a hill or mountain of any kind and simply refers to a high point on the map. Collect the trophy on the very top of the Crane. The very top can be reached by walking up the suspension cable attached to the arm, or by using mutators such as Angel Goat or Builder Goat.
