Devil Goat is a Steam achievement.
To unlock the Devil Goat achievement, you must place five sacrifices within the Pentagram behind the Party. You can do this by dragging 5 people to the location or, alternatively, by becoming the Goat Queen and summoning 5 goat peasants.
